At Apparel Media, the Program Manager is the general in the field.  We’re looking for someone who doesn’t take no for an answer, but has the deftness and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions. The Program Manager works in conjunction with internal and external constituents from Account and Technology teams and Network Development Specialists to coordinate the delivery of customized marketing programs with members of our proprietary network of customer apparel printers and local consumer groups.  Program success is determined by the decisions we make on the front lines in local markets, from one to one hundred at a time. The person in this role provides the strategic insight necessary to adjust live campaigns on-the-fly, and in doing so directly contributes to client AND consumer satisfaction.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the execution of custom‐tailored marketing programs that leverage our platform to deliver outstanding results for clients
  • Help collect data from the front lines and works to ensure internal and external stakeholders have the information necessary to make decisions and assemble performance reports on-the-fly
  • Act as a liaison between sponsored consumer teams, leagues and special events, AMG network printers and Account team personnel, maintaining regular contact with all, ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Drive campaign deployment to ensure program adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines and consumer targeting criteria
  • Work closely with Account and Technology teams to query and manipulate data into campaign tracking reports
  • Build and analyze reports on program benchmarks and internal business needs
  • Accountable for quality control on all assignments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics or related field (i.e., advertising or retail, product, direct, online or loyalty marketing, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree(s) in marketing, advertising, communications or economics preferred
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • MS Office and advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables is a must
  • Database and PowerPoint experience preferred
  • Understands how data is applied to marketing strategy
